Our new FreeSport sessions for people 50+ are now up and running (pun intended!) and are proving a popular addition to our programme. This month we are trying short tennis (a gentler, simpler version of indoor tennis) and it turns out we’ve got some budding Murrays, Nadals and Federers in our midst! Half time oranges and squash kept everyone in high spirits and there’s talk of a group trip to Wimbledon next year already! Feel free to come along on Monday nights 5.30-7pm if you would like to have a go at something new, or get back into some gentle sports in good company. Just be sure to wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
