Green Tomato Chutney

Our less than sunny summer this year left the tomatoes in our community garden looking decidedly green this harvest, but our super creative CTC cooks weren’t bothered, deciding to make green tomato chutney instead! They cooked it up with butternut squash, beetroot and greens and shared a lovely lunch at the centre. It was delicious, super healthy and couldn’t be more local if we tried!
